Powerlifting, Injuries and Mindset Q&A: Jordan Wong

In this episode, Paul is joined by his friend and client Jordan Wong for a Q&A episode.  Jordan is the owner of Showcase Strength and Fitness and an All-Time World Record Holding Powerlifter.

They answer the questions:

  • How do you comeback after a major injury?
  • How do you shift your mindset after a poor meet performance?
  • How do you apply an abundance, or scarcity mindset to powerlifting?
  • Who are our favourite types of clients to work with?
  • Would you redo your education/ career/ timeline differently if you could go back?

And a lot of BS’ing
